January to April 2012 Programme – OUT NOW!

If you click on ‘courses for individuals’ you’ll see I’m running eight workshops between January and April.  Plus, for more experienced fiction writers, I run a two hour meeting once a month where writers receive constructive help with their work.

The workshops are usually held in central Poole, in fully accessible buildings.  Groups are small (around 8-10) and I try to ensure that the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.  The workshops are generally suitable for all levels of experience (including beginners) and they give you the opportunity to both practise your writing and meet other like-minded people.

BOURNEMOUTH FESTIVAL OF WORDS
21-27 April 2012

We launched the Festival in October and as I write this we are busy preparing the programme of events.  As I’ve mentioned on my new programme, we have lots of exciting events planned.  These include author talks, writing workshops (adults and children), World Book Night , Meet the Publisher, Hear our Voices (for people who are unable to attend the Festival through illness, disability etc), story-telling for children, an event for volunteers/staff of local charities, a local writers network event and poetry slam.
