  • Creative writing facilitator and tutor in short story writing and producing newsletters
  • Editor of two quarterly newsletters for the local voluntary sector
  • Short story judge for 3 local writers groups
  • Author of 14 best practice leaflets for the third sector in Poole and Bournemouth
  • I have run creative writing sessions for the Borough of Poole and the Kube in Poole on a freelance basis.  Participants have included people with mental health problems and older people.
  • I run my own short story and creative writing courses.    
  • I edit 2 quarterly newsletters for the voluntary sector in Poole (one 24 pages and the other 8).
  • I worked on a 6-month best practice project around volunteering, writing copy for websites, newsletters and email alerts. 14 best practice leaflets were written and distributed to the Third Sector in Bournemouth and Poole.I have run two training courses on producing newsletters to Third Sector groups, one was for Poole CVS and the other for Poole Adult Learning.
